ClariSchool provides school delay and interruption forecasts based on mathematical algorithms, weather parameters, historical data patterns, and transit metrics. These predictions are provided as planning intelligence for households. We do not make final district closure decisions; those are made solely by local school district administrations.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our forecasts are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain high statistical accuracy in our ClariScore™ modeling:
- We do not warrant that our forecasts will be 100% accurate, error-free, or predict the exact final decision of any school district.
- We do not guarantee that our automated email or SMS alerts will arrive instantly or without network interruptions.
- Users must monitor official local district channels for final legally binding announcements.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall ClariSchool, its developers, or its partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on our disruption ratings. This includes, but is not limited to, losses arising from missed work, child-care booking costs, transport disruptions, or scheduling conflicts.
4. Permitted Use & Account Quotas
You agree to use our site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Free visitor accounts are subject to lookup limit quotas (1 free lookup for visitors, 3 free monthly lookups for registered accounts). Automated scraping, bot querying, or API extraction of our ClariScore™ values without an official Enterprise API license is strictly prohibited.
5. Subscription Billing & Refunds
Subscriptions to ClariSchool Plus are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual schedule. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Subscriptions canceled mid-cycle will remain active until the end of the billing period; no partial refunds are provided.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When updates are published, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of ClariSchool after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
